Unfortunately, the clasps we had had for this lovely bracelet are no longer available. Take a look at the second and third photos on this page to see what we found as substitutes.

They are lovely.

Plus! We can offer a new option for this bracelet -- details below!

Our latest color play, this is a winter wonderland of lights and shadows as interpreted in a Bead Stew bracelet.

We mixed together whites and blacks and greys and golds, in all sorts of shapes and sizes.

The thread is gold and the gold beads in the mix are mostly of the metallic golden variety --- quite striking.

The original clasp was of the hook-and-eye style and its swirls and curlicues remind me of a bird in flight. The new clasps are quite swirly as well, though more along the line of a Fleur de Lis design; it adds a bit of Art Nouveau to the piece.

The pattern is the same as for all of the Bead Soup and Bead Stew Bracelets -- you have the option to get it or not via the drop-down menu.

Note that the kit will not automatically include the pattern. We offer three options. I know some of you might already have made other bracelets from us that are made along the same lines, the only real changes being the beads and the colors. If you feel you do not need another pattern, simply choose "No Pattern Needed."

If you would like a printed copy, please make sure the "Pattern" drop-down menu is set to that.

We also can email the pattern to you, though I have to do it manually and usually send it right before I mail the kit (please be patient). Just make sure that drop-down menu is set as you would like before you check out.

And now we can offer your choice of gold thread with gold tone clasp or silver thread with silver tone clasp! Make your choice via the drop-down menu under the top photo.

The recommended needle size is 0 (not included in the kit) though gauge is not terribly important here. Choose a look and feel that appeals to you.

A winter landscape with golden sunshine and a bird flying far overhead.

Beautiful.
