Lovely!
These are cousins to the keishi pearls (keshi is the Japanese word for poppy seed) that are an intrinsic part of our Pirates Treasure bracelet.
With their wrinkled texture and rich color enhancement, they remind me of cherry blossoms.
These are cultured freshwater tip-drilled keishi pearls. The average size is 6mm, but may range from 4-14mm. Each has a 0.3-0.5mm hole -- a bit tight for most thread, I found, but works well with the Artistic Wire (again as we used their cousins in the Pirate Treasure).
We offer these in long 16" strands with 72-88 beads.
This should be plenty to make quite a unique piece.
