We have been very pleased in the past to be able to offer the high quality (and low prices) or Pura Bella yarns. We have particularly be thrilled with the Mongolian 2-ply Cashmere, that works so absolutely beautifully in Sivia Harding's Heart to Heart Scarf design.
We've offered it in kit form for this pattern for a while now, in a baby pink and a soft blue. We now have gotten in two relatively rich colors -- we know some of you love jewel tones and we wanted to offer other options. Either for the kit or as themselves.
This is a lovely 100% Pure Mongolian Cashmere with an incomparable silky soft texture in a 2-ply, with each two ounce skein giving 400 yards, exactly like the original cashmere that Sivia used. The nicest thing about cashmere is that it is very warm, yet very light and soft. It gets softer as you wash it.
The colorway we have on this page is called Peacock and it is a lovely teal (one of my very favorite colors). It is a solid hue, no gradations or shadings.
