From Shelridge Farms in Ontario, Canada, comes this lovely fingering weight yarn. Soft-Touch Ultra is a 100% merino wool, a 3-ply fingering weight which works up at approximately 28 stitches to 4" on 3 mm (US 3) needles. Each skein is about 185 yds/50 grams.
Now this remarkable yarn comes in superwash and we have had some colorways dyed exclusively for us!
This one is reminiscent of the Deep Blue Sea -- blues and purples swirling around each other, with a touch of grey in between -- the reality is even lovelier than the photo.
