A joyful island in the middle of winter, Valentine's Day with its hearts and flowers has always seemed kind of special.

So we put together a Bead Soup Bracelet in celebration. The bead mix is pinks and reds and crystals and silvers in all sorts of sizes and shapes with a few heart-shaped ones as well.

The thread could be red or pink or silver -- if you have a preference, let us know, otherwise we will just choose based on what strikes us with the mix that day.

We have a few different styles of heart-shaped clasps. Let us choose one for you.

For those unfamiliar with these bracelets, all of our Bead Soup bracelets are knit, using thread and a vast array of beads. The knitting needles are not included in the kit but figure on using size 0's, though gauge is simply a matter of personal preference and finding a look you like.

Each kit contains the Bead Soup mix, thread, and the Heart toggle. The pattern is the same as for all of the Bead Soup and Bead Stew Bracelets -- you have the option to get it or not via the drop-down menu.

Note that the kit will not automatically include the pattern. We offer three options. I know some of you might already have made other bracelets from us that are made along the same lines, the only real changes being the beads and the colors. If you feel you do not need another pattern, simply choose "No Pattern Needed."

We also can email the pattern to you, though I have to do it manually and usually send it right before I mail the kit (please be patient). Just make sure that drop-down menu is set as you would like before you check out.
