We are delighted to present again
Beaded Lace Scarf II, a very clear and well-written pattern from HeartStrings' designer Jackie Erickson-Schweitzer. It is a simple piece that would be a great first beaded knitting project, yet is still intriguing enough for a more experienced hand.
In this design, the beads are strung ahead of time and knitted-in, where they enhance the contours of a simple to knit swirly lace rectangular
scarf. There are truly only three pattern rows and Jackie writes them out as well as charts them for you.
All that is needed is 475 yards of fine yarn for finished blocked measurements of 11"
by 60", with 1225 size 8/0 glass seed beads.
This looks superb in a solid color or in a variegated color. It is simple -- it doesn't take long to memorize the pattern rows -- and the results are simply stupendous.
This web page offers you the choice of getting the pattern emailed to you as a PDF or printed out and mailed to you as a hard copy. The price of the printed copy includes the shipping fee.
Fun, easy, and so beautiful.
