Through August we were playing a fun Color Game on our Ravelry forum. Knitters posted intriguing photos which each thought might make a great colorway in yarn; the first three days of September were voting days.
And the winner was: The Mosaics of Casa Battio, posted by Euchronia. Take a look at the first photo on this page, the top section.
Kelly, of The Unique Sheep, will be creating a special Gradiance colorway for us to match this beauty.
And in the meantime, I put together a mix of beads based on the colors in the photo. I already sent to Euchronia a kit for making a Bead Stew Bracelet of this, and thought that others might also be interested.
And so -- tah dah! -- here is a kit for making a Casa Battio Bead Stew Bracelet.
The beads will be similar to the mix you see here. The thread will either be gold-ish or aqua-ish; if you have a preference, tell me. And the clasp will be gold tone, picking up the warmth of the golden tones in the beads.
Note that the kit will not automatically include the pattern. We offer three options. I know some knitters might already have made our other Bead Soup/ Bead Stew Bracelets. If you do not need another pattern, simply choose "No Pattern Needed." If you would like a printed copy, please make sure the "Pattern" drop-down menu is set to that. We also can email the pattern to you, though I have to do it manually and usually send it right before I mail the kit (please be patient). Just make sure that drop-down menu is set as you would like before you check out.
A real beauty.
