This yarn just sang to me and I had to bring it in.  We have, however, very limited quantities for now -- it is not our usual and I wanted to see if it appealed to others as well.

This is a brand-new yarn from Trendsetter called Scaha and each cake is made up of 90% Wool, 10% Nylon with 240 grams, +/- 520 yards.

What makes it extraordinary is that each ball is dyed in a very unique manner and is intended to be knit into a scarf plus a hat.

The colorway I chose is called Colorful Ashes and it combines black, gray and cream with sections of rich rainbow.

See the last two photos on this page for how one of the most basic pattern for the scarf and hat will look knit in this colorway.

Purchase of a ball of Scaha will also entitle you to a free PDF of patterns for the yarn.  This includes instructions for sets knit in 9 different stitch designs.
