A lovely shawl, sure to keep you engaged.
Be sure to get the pattern from the designer's Ravelry page here. What we have put together is the yarn for knitting this.
Here is how the designer, Mia Rinde, describes her Five-Petal Flowers Shawl:
Loving flowers and floral laces, I’m very proud to present, a five petal flower lace I have been dreaming of and working on. Hope you will enjoy it too!
The Five-Petal Flower is a crescent-shaped lace patterened shawl.
Instructions are charted. Five-Petal Flowers requires 400-700 meters of blockable lace weight yarn and is easily adaptable in size.
Yarn and Colorways
Mia writes that this shawl only requires 2 skeins Malabrigo Lace in Hollyhock 100% Merino, 470 yd/430 m per 50g.
And that is exactly what this kit will include!
Her original piece blocked to 60 x 142 cm ( 23 x 56 inches).
No, Mia did not include beads in her original shawl but if it appeals to you, why not?
We offer the choise of getting a 25g container of size 8/0 beads (about 1,000 beads) if you so choose (see the drop-down menu above).
You'll have to decide where to put the beads but it seem to me that this design leaves a lot of openings (pun kind of sort of intended).
If you have a preference in bead color, tell me. Otherwise I will choose for you.
