This is a real beauty, especially for the crocheters! By Lily Go, this beaded shawl is quite  striking. Here is how Lily describes it:

Laura is a crescent shaped shawl worked from side to side in one piece, both the body and the edging. With this construction, you don’t have to worry about run out of yarn. Just make sure you weigh your yarn in the beginning and do the other half when halfway through (or a little before, to be safe).

I choose this name because Laura is my favourite character in my favourite book “Little House on The Prairie”.

Instructions come in 3 sizes, small, medium and large, but you can adjust the size (depth and length) easily. As with all my other patterns, this pattern comes with row-by-row written direction in US crochet term and charts.

The shawl you see in the photos on this web page were knit by Lily in the small size with Part D repeated four times. If you want a larger size, figure on 1600 yards for the Medium and 2800 yards for the large.

This smaller size requires roughly 220 size 6/0 beads -- the medium would require about 457 beads and the large would need about 766.

This web page is set up to send you a PDF file of the pattern.

Alternatively, if you would like a printed copy, please make sure the "Pattern" drop-down menu is set to that. There are 17 pages to this pattern, including charts and written directions. The additional cost you note in the drop-down menu allows for shipping as well as printing the pages and sending them in a sheet protector.

Truly beautiful. This will be a true joy to create.
