This is a kit so you can create this intriguing pattern from Lucy Neatby.
The pattern itself must be gotten directly from her, either via her website or from her Ravelry page. This web page offers the wire and findings as noted below.
This is a design for knitting earrings in a lovely leaf design.
Lucy writes: The idea for these arose out of a desire to be able to wear some form of hand-knitting to evening functions when a sweater or mittens aren’t quite appropriate!
For the knitter who enjoys a challenge.
All that is needed is the 28 gauge (or finer) wire and earring wires. The knitting is done with size 1.5mm needles (that's US 000).
What we offer via this web page is 28 gauge wire (or finer) of non-tarnish silver coated copper wire. Plus ear wires.
Actually, Lucy writes a very cute expanded list of the materials needed :-):
Pliers and patience!
Needle size: US 000 / 1.5 mm
Copper Wire: 1.5 grams of 28 gauge or finer
Clear nail polish
Two beads (optional) -- btw, I love the way this project uses them.
We will include in your kit one spool of 15 yards minimum of the silver wire (28 gauge or finer; right now what we have are some very fine 34 gauge, 30 yards in each spool), at least two ear wires, and at least two beads (either size 8/0s or 4mm fire polish crystals and most likely more than 2).
If you need the needles, we do carry some here and here.
