Only one left in stock: one Ivory skein.
We have just added these striking yarns to our Orphan Skeins specials.
These are yarns of which we have a very small amount left in stock and thus are offering at a discounted rate of at least 15% off. They are all high-quality unused beauties in search of a good home.
Rasta, from Malabrigo, is a super-bulky yarn (and here I quote them):
A lightly-fulled single-ply yarn of magnum proportions! Whip out a super-cozy accessory in just hours with this super-sized delight of a yarn. Our premium Uruguayan merino is just as soft as ever, and Rasta comes in a range of our unique “watercolor multi” colorways as well as a rainbow of semi-solid basics. Unbelievably squishy, this is the yarn to turn to when you want the ultimate in warmth (or the ultimate in speed!)
Great for: Quick knits, textured stitches, hats, cowls, scarves, outerwear.
Each skein is a single ply, with 90 yards (82 meters)/ 150 g and is made of 100% Merino.
Note that this is essentially the same weight as the gorgeous Uneek Chunky yarns so you can nab one of those skeins to work with one of these and add some awesome colors to your project.
We brought in two colorways to try out, though quantities are quite limited:
Ivory is a smooth cream colorway.
Pearl Ten is a deeper neutral, close to a very dark eggplant.
There are some really great designs and patterns that could use Rasta to great effect. Here are some to look at.
