What a marvelous way to showcase two beautiful yarns!
This is Pembroke Street Cowl by Holli Adams Samet.
Please be sure to get your pattern directly from the designer on her Ravelry page here. It is a free pattern but for copyright reasons, you must download it yourself.
This web page puts together some lovely yarn for making this.
Here is what Holli writes:
The Pembroke Street Cowl is a reversible cowl incorporating the stunning beauty of Noro’s Silk Garden with the softness of Malabrigo’s Silky Merino wool.
The finished piece is every bit as warm and cozy as it is gorgeous. To be worn as an accessory or for an added layer against the elements,
I hope you’ll enjoy my pattern. It’s an easy one to modify, so have fun!
Yarns and Colorways
We do not have the exact colorways Holli used in her original though we do offer the same yarns. You can see our colorways in the upper lefthand corner of the top photo and again below that.
Two skeins per kit will be the Malabrigo Silky Merino (51% silk/ 49% merino with about 150 yards/ 50g) is the colorway called Rupestre. It is a lovely sangria wine color, an almost-solid.
One skein per kit is Noro Silk Garden (45% silk/ 45% mohair/ 10% wool with 109 yards/ 50g) in the colorway numbered 413 aka Black/Mauve/Blue. Though honestly, I see a lot more colors than that. With the loooong color runs that noro is famous for, your skein might include purple, black, gray, blue, rose, green, gold and teal. Each skein is rather unique, actually, and none includes all of the colors.
For this reason, our second photo shows an array of Silk Garden so you can get an idea of what you might find in your kit.
Again: Each kit will include 2 x Silk Merino + 1 x Silk Garden.
