Sets! is our new type of webpage where we offer yarns that work beautifully together.
In this case, of course, the yarns have actually been dyed into a set and would work with a huge number of patterns. We make some suggestions below.
And at a lovely discount of 5% to 10%
I worked with Kelly of TUS to come up with a set of eight skeinettes of gradually changing colors. The yarn is 75% superwash merino/ 25% nylon. Each of these small skeins is 92 yards (about 84m)/ 20g so you will have a total of 736 yards (about 673m).
We have two color spans to offer:
Magic Mirror is a play on one color, a subtle range that goes from a rich teal into blue. (Sorry, sold out)
Charmed was based on a photo I found of a beautiful rose. The Gradiance set gives a lovely look with colors running from golden amber gradually changing into rose and lilac.
If you would like to add beads to either set, we have that option. The beads will be size 6/0 which work beautifully with fingering weight yarn. A 20g container should give you roughly 240 beads.
There are quite a few patterns that would look great with these.
Here are a few suggestions:
Roses by Kieran Foley
Sea Urchin by Ambah O'Brien
Anna's Hope Lace Shawl, a free one by Anna Victoria
The Peacock's Tale by Nim Teasdale
Giggle With A Jiggle by Mindy Ross
Waves and Brambles by Sivia Harding
Part Of Your World by Lily Go
Honestly, I could continue. Check these out and see what sings to you....
