Streaker is a great warm-weather yarn from Trendsetter that is really delicious.
Each cake has about 310 yards/ 100g and is 50% Bio Cotton + 50% Soy.

What is Bio Cotton?
Cotton is grown according to standards which forbid the use of toxic and persistent non-bio-degradable chemical-synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. This way the soil and the groundwater are not further contaminated. The use of genetically modified organisms is also forbidden.

We brought in three colorways. Left-to-right on the top photo on this page you will see:
Caribbean Waters: A lovely blend of aqua into teal into green into chartreuse. (Sorry, sold out.)
Dashes of Denim: Evergreen morphs into blues (dark into light) and then black and greys.
Blueberry Fields: I see lilac blending into blue blending into golden brown into sand with a few splashes of burgundy. (Sorry, sold out.)
To be totally honest, I normally dislike knitting with cotton so I had to try this. I am very happy to report that it is a true pleasure to knit with. It feels cool to the hand, actually quite reminiscent of silk, and it flows beautifully through my fingers.
The next to last photo shows my beginnings of Samathrace Wings by Susan Ashcroft (Stitchnerd). I knit it using the Blueberry Fields colorway and one ball made a lovely scarf. (I gave it as a gift before remembering to photograph the finished piece though -- apologies.)
I wanted a simple project that would show the way the colors change in the yarn--- I am very pleased with how it came together.
