This is a fast-and-simple-to-knit bracelet that delight your wrist!

This is a slightly thinner variation of our Dragon Memories Cuff bracelet.

Made with 4x4 cubes from Miyuki + matching 8/0 beads + a scattering of silver lined color 8/0s (Miyuki again), all threaded in order on a charcoal thread, the bracelet forms a subtle pattern.

The main color (Matte Metallic Silver Gray) is a rich neutral with muted colors hidden within.  Cubes are alternated with 8/0 beads in such a way as to form a diagonal pattern.  Interspersed within the silvery grays are bright orange and gold and red 8/0 beads --- a bit of magic.

The whole reminds me of chain mail and also the legends of King Arthur's Court and the story of the Sword in the Stone

The original one was knit using roughly 50 of each of the types of beads and the finished piece is a stretchy 6" plus about an extra inch (=7") + or - depending on the clasp.  Your kit will give you enough beads so you can continue to knit until it is the size you would like.  (Just be aware that it is a bit stretchy so start out with a snug fit, allowing for the extra length from the clasp.)

Your clasp might be different than the one seen here (we have very limited quantities) though it will be a toggle clasp in silver tone, selected to look good with the whole.

The kit will include the beads, the thread, and a toggle clasp. The knitting needles are not included -- we used size 0s.

Note that the kit will not automatically include the pattern and cost of the pattern has not been added to the cost of the kit. We offer three options:

I know some knitters might already have this or a version of it --- in that case, choose "No Pattern Needed." Please bear in mind, however, that it is a bit different than the others in terms of size and order of threading the beads.

If you would like a printed copy, please make sure the "Pattern" drop-down menu is set to that.

We also can email the pattern to you via email, though I have to do it manually and usually send it right before I mail the kit (please be patient).

Just make sure that drop-down menu is set as you would like before you check out.
