We can now offer this pattern as either a downloadable PDF version or as a hard copy printed out and mailed to you -- your choice. The printed copy is more expensive as it is set to allow for printing costs and shipping fees.
Wow! I love this! One of my favorite patterns -- I am always tickled when we can offer it again.
Designed by Maureen Mason-Jamieson, this unusual scarf meanders its way around your neck in a dipsy-doodle U-turn path that's colorful and fun to knit. Slip stitches highlight the route while a "key-hole" opening allows you to wear this scarf comfortably and forget about it!
Size: 5" wide X 44" long.
The original was done with 2 colorways of Shelridge Farm Soft Touch Ultra, the fingering weight 100% wool, 2 skeins (each about 185 yards to its 50 grams) of a handpainted and 1 skein of a solid (in the photo: natural).
Take a look at our fingering weight yarns --- follow the link below -- and select enough yardage based on what each skein has -- you want one of the handpainted colors and one solid color.
