A full hat knit using short rows to create a marvelous palette of colors. The hats you see on this page were knit using one skein of Uneek Fingering -- the same yarn as we offer in these kits though our colorway is different than the ones you see here.

Please get your pattern from the designer either on her Ravelry page here or on her website here. What we offer for these kits is the yarn only.

The Design
Here is what MarinJaKnits says about Grilled Cheese:
This Hat contains elements from the Positive Vibrations Shawl. It is one in a series of off shoots of that pattern.
It is worked in the round with Brioche “ribbing” and short row shapes; the Brioche can be replaced with a two-color rib if you prefer.
Most of the URTH UNEEK hat is worked from both ends of a multicolored, striped yarn. Once the colors converge at the top, you work from the same end to finish....
Named after a favorite melty, yummy, layered sandwich.
Yarn and Colorway
The yarn is the same as what Marin used for her original hat: Uneek Fingering yarn, each skein of 100% extrafine superwash merino, with 425 yards (400m) per 100g skein.
This colorway we offer is a bit different. Ours is #3024 and has, as do all Uneek fingering yarns, moderately long color runs -- I see rich colors including lime, apricot, purple, lilac, wine, teal and maybe a few others I missed.
One skein will make the hat; one skein is what will be in your kit.
