A gorgeous new yarn from Manos del Uruguay

Marla is made from 2 strands of lighter-weight yarn that have been dyed separately and then plied together. When worked, Marla creates a marled fabric, where the colors are uniquely distributed.

The yarn is 100% superwash merino and each skein has about 273 yards/ 100g.

This colorway is called Twilight and is one they consider a high contrast tweedy colorway.  The main colors I see are many variations on red-violet as well as some aqua and some gold.
