This particular one is by Ellene Warren and she includes a set of intriguing buttons along with the pattern.

Included are a set of five buttons with each pattern. They have the look of millefiore beads, being oval in shape (not flat like "usual" buttons) and with a pretty special look.  Each set has different colors.
