The amazing color artists at Dream in Color have just sent out a new colorway for their Color of the Month/ Pop-up Club and it is (in my oh-so-humbe opinion) gorgeous! 

Each month we get 10 skeins of a special (and gorgeous) colorway.  These will be dyed in Smooshy Cashmere, a fingering weight yarn made up of 70% superwash merino + 20% cashmere + 10% nylon, with 400 yards per 4 ounce skein.  
 

This colorway is called Fighting and was designed in honor of all who have the courage to fight the good fight against awful diseases. 

The colors are rich and vibrant. I see mainly pink, wine and fuchsia..

we are all familiar with pink as a color to represent breast cancer. The sister of one of the Dream in Color folks was just diagnosed with multiple  myeloma. They describe the design thought behind this colorway thusly: 

This month’s color was designed by Nancy with her sister in mind. The ribbon color for Multiple Myeloma is a red/wine color and she added a little pink in there for hope and and a bit of bright orange for courage!
