We have so very few of these left that we are moving them into our Orphan Skein category.  These are high quality yarns that deserve a good home.  They are being offered at a significant discount.

*****

Noro yarns are (in my oh-so-humble-opinion) absolutely gorgeous.  They tend to be under-processed and thus, to the uninitiated, might seem a bit harsh to the hand and one might even sometimes find bits of vegetable matter spun in.

It is good to bear in mind that Noro goes out of its way to source organically whenever possible and works to keep the manufacturing process as earth-friendly as it can.

Indeed, as one works with the yarn, it softens up and after a wash it simply blooms!

Here are Viola, two colorways, from Noro, (and here I quote):

Viola is a medium to bulky weight 100% wool that knits up at a gauge of 14-16 stitches per four inches on US 7-8 (4.5-5.0mm) needles. Each "dragon ball" sized 200g ball contains a whopping 437 yards!

Viola is the perfect on-trend wintry pastel this season is all about. Lightly twisted wool showcases a lively mix of colors that shift in and our of focus. The is the perfect yarn for those who love a crisp wool.

What we have in stock right now are two colorways:

#2 Kawagoe is mostly a deep rich royal purple with speckles and stretches of highlights including red and gold and pink and a few more I most likely missed.  :-)

#24 YurihonjŨ is overall a warm green, sort of olive with some speckles and dashes of gold and teal and lilac and amber among others.
