A really beautiful piece by Svetlana Gordon, Sleepy Hollow just sings to me!

Svetlana recommends as follows:

Yarn A Malabrigo Sock col. Dewberry SW141 - 80g; or alternative: Schoppel Wolle Admiral col. 990 - 80g
B Lang Mille Colori Baby col. 0107 - 350g; or alternative: Schoppel Wolle Wunderklecks col. 2185 - 350g

So we have followed these recommendations and put together kits including:

1.  One skein of Malabrigo Sock in Dewberry (SW141) (100% merino wool with 440 yards/ 100g). This is an almost-solid of deep rich royal purple. 

2. Four balls of Schoppel Wolle Wunderklecks, colorway # 2185 Kraut und Rüben (translates to "herb and beet"). (75% wool + 25% nylon, with 459 yards (420 meters) ). This is an elaborately painted yarn that works out most beautifully unique. I see purple and fuchsia and gold as main colors, with quite a few tonals in between.

This is enough yarn to make a piece that is about 32" (80 cm) wide x 73" long (185 cm).

We show both of Svetlana's shawls in the photos here.  To be honest, I am not sure which uses which of her recommended yarns.  I am fairly sure that the one shown on the top picture as well as the third and fifth ones on this page are knit using these Wunderklecks colors.  I think the outlines when you knit from this kit will be the Dewberry, the deep purple, that you see in the other others.
