Sonata is a yarn that is suitable for anyone who prefers non-animal fibers for their knitting. I

From Noro, both the Sonata (almost-solid colorways) and Sonata Shima (colorways with long-ish color runs) are made up of 35% Cotton, 25% Viscose, 20% Silk, 20% Nylon and each has 393 yards/ 100g skein.

1. Sonata Shima #1004 Dazaifu: rich colors including peach, fuchsia, pink, and yellow with a few short bits of green too.

2.  Sonata #36 Wine:  an almost solid of wine with subtle changes in tone.

3. Sonata Shima #1001 Obihiro: mostly neutrals including ecru, beige, brown and gray with subtle overtones of pale blue.

4. Sonata #34 Deep Sea:  a rich almost-solid; tones of deep navy blues.
