The folks at Madeline Tosh (MadTosh) have teamed up with the designer Dawn Barker to create colors that will yield what she calls "assigned pooling." 

There are a number of her designs on Ravelry so you can get an idea of how these yarns can be used, though there are lots of marvelous pooling designs by other designers as well.  I got 40 matches when I simply put "assigned pooling" in the Advanced Search engine on Ravelry's Pattern page.   

A very intriguing idea and a wonderful way to play with colors. 

Regardless of how you use them, these yarns are pretty darn spectacular.  We brought in two colorways.

More works of art from the MT x Barker Wool Collection – Flora on Sand & Tender Playfulness, both inspired by Paul Klee’s paintings of the same name.

Flora on Sand has a base of pink with a large segemtn in rich tangerine and dots and dashes of fuchsia and teal and yellow. 

Tender Playfulness features large swashes of fuchsia and lilac, with pink highlights.
