This is a Shawl Ball from Freia Fibers. This yarn is an already wound disk of 393 meters/430 yards ​per 100g, 100% US merino.

The colorway is called Passion -- a new color that is what Tina (the amazing dyer) describes as one of her Watercolor shades. 

Here is the colors are not one continuous gradient but rather a few changes along the way, all within a single color "story."  I would describe this one a tonal play of wine hues, a few close to fuchsia, others close to violet, all gorgeous.
